Here at Tigerlamb we are confident that our team implements best practice measures regarding health and hygiene in an effort to combat the spread of COVID-19. It is important that we share this information to give you confidence to attend your appointments.


You can be assured:


  1. No rostered Tigers have returned from a high risk county in the last 4 weeks.

  2. No Tigers will travel to a high risk country in the next 4 weeks.

  3. We are employing all usual measures for health and hygiene standards in our salons and have increased protocols around handwashing, cleaning and contamination avoidance measures.

  4. We are actively monitoring the health of all of our Tigers, and in the event they fall ill they will not be permitted to attend work and you will be notified prior to your appointment.

  5. We have reinforced all internal communications to give our team a full understanding of COVID-19 and how to reduce the spread.

  6. We have provided hand sanitiser for the use of all Tigers and our guests.


Our first priority is ensuring that members of our community remain as healthy as possible while this illness exists. We kindly ask our guests to please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are:

  1. Returning from a high risk country in the last 4 weeks or

  2. Have flu symptoms or are sick


We will be as accommodating as possible to make your rebooking process quick and easy once you are well again.
