Being respectful to the tools and measures given to us, along with the current modelling being observed, we are functioning with great care in our salons. We will continue to do this with our satisfaction of community data released over the coming period.

Our operation will be conducted in line with the strict Covid-19 Health and Safety Guidelines, and what has been instructed by the government. As individuals and as a business, we are passionate about playing our part in the community, as the pandemic continues.

We know that you need us right now because even though hair might just be hair, it’s incredibly important to our wellbeing, mind and spirit. For this reason, we are here for you. We ultimately look forward to more freedom on the other side and are grateful for you understanding and support you are giving us by working in with our guidelines. It is greatly appreciated.

The one month period that Tigerlamb closed for was in response to the rapidly rising numbers of the community testing positive to Covid-19.  We are pleased with the part that Tigerlamb played at this time and our actions were appropriate  for that time, as we believe them to be again at this  point.

The government considers the Hairdressing industry a ‘care’ industry and this has been made clear that the areas of need are exercise, work, health, medical and care are encouraged to attend.

We are requested to continue trading and with World Health Organization practices in place, and have been urged to continue our work.

The government has introduced ‘social distancing’ which we  practice in the salon. This isn’t in the ‘technical’ sense as we need an element of physical contact with you, but we will follow the Government Media Release instruction specifically to hairdressers and barbers. At this time the  advice is that personal contact is permitted with relevant procedures and to be minimised wherever possible.

We also fall under assistance for mental health and have full endorsement to continue operating when all codes of conduct are being covered.
